On June 28, 2016, the 2016 East China Regional Assessment Report of Chinese Real Estate Development Enterprises was jointly released by China Real Estate Association, China Real Estate Research Association and China Real Estate Appraisal Center, becoming a focus of attention in the industry as well as the benchmark of industry development.
