DDI Conducted Successful Acquisition of Land Parcel Etiwanda in Los Angeles to Create High-end Residential Area
After the acquisition of Land Parcel 170N in Pasadena this year, DDI America conducted successful acquisition of Land Parcel Etiwanda in Cucamonga area of Los Angeles County in October 2018, which covers an area of 9.11 acres (about 54.66 mu, i.e. 37,000 square meters).
It has been approved by the government that this land parcel will be developed into a community with 14 luxury private villas. Each villa will cover an average area of 2,500 square meters, with the floor area of the villa between 430 and 540 square meters.
Cucamonga has been praised as a city pioneer of the inland empire. It is 60 kilometers away from Los Angeles and has a total population of nearly 180,000. Among cities with a population of more than 100,000 in America, Cucamonga is one of cities with the lowest crime rate, ranks the ninth in California among the cities with the strongest retailing growth, and is also one of the cities with the maximum economic growth in America. Cucamonga enjoys advantageous geographical location, fast-developing economy, high education level of residents, high-quality urban living environment and low crime rate. It is one of the most high-profile areas in southern California.
